How to Purchase
Direct purchases from the website are no longer available.
If you'd like to order a product, please send an email with the name of the item (or a description), and I’ll reply with all the details to proceed with your purchase.

Processing Time
Each order is unique and carefully prepared by hand, by me.
I don’t produce in bulk: every piece is created, packaged, and shipped with care.
For this reason, it may take 5 to 7 business days to prepare your order before shipping.

Shipping in Italy and Abroad
I ship both within Italy and internationally, using tracked shipping options.
You’ll receive a personalized quote with costs and estimated delivery times after submitting your request via email.

As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of product and destination.

You’ll be informed of the exact costs via email when you send your request.

Packaging
To reduce waste, I often reuse boxes or packaging materials.
They might not look “perfect,” but they are always safe and handled with care.

Delays and Delivery Issues
I’m not responsible for any courier delays or issues caused by external events.

Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each piece is the result of a personal and unique process — if you chose it, there’s a reason.
